Baptist Union provides financial services and help to churches in the following areas:
- Personnel: Stipends; Conditions; Statement of Understanding; Position Descriptions and other workplace issues for Pastoral and Administration Staff.
- Loans and Grants: The BUV has several funds that can provide financial assistance to churches.
- Tax: Assistance with understanding and applying the GST and FBT tax regulations.
- Accounting: Financial reporting and budget assistance for Church Treasurers.
