PERSONAL ACCIDENT - YOUTH/ VOLUANTEER WORKERS

Personal accident cover provides protection to:

• Volunteers injured while performing voluntary work for church related
  activities.
• Persons Involved in church youth activities, organized and under the control of the insured.

In the event of a personal injury claim, please forward a completed claim form , incident report and supporting documentation to the BUV insurance division.
