BUV Leadership Training exists to serve Baptist churches and ministries to identify, nurture, train and develop leaders. The support team, structures and networks for this include:

The Coordinator of Leadership Training (CoLT), Darren Cronshaw, gives leadership and a coordinating role to the breadth and depth of BUV Leadership Training. The Leadership Training Committee (LTC) works with the CoLT and has an overarching, coordinating vision for leadership training around the Victorian Baptist tribe of churches, and broadly represents different aspects of Victorian Baptist life and training interests. The Leadership Training Network (LTN) is a forum for trainers and training organisations that encourages sharing resources, inspiration and mutual encouragement. It enhances cooperation and promotion of our different training programs and relates through email and three or four networking and professional development meetings each year. The Coaching and Mentoring Network (CMN) encourages and offers training and linking together of coaches and mentors and those looking for coaching and-or mentoring for leadership.
