| The CoLT works closely with the Leadership Training Committee (LTC) as a team that oversees leadership training across the spectrum of programmes, churches and organisations in Baptist life in Victoria. The brief of the team is: "The LTC will have an overarching, coordinatingvision for all forms of leadership training in the Victorian Baptistcommunity. The LTC has a broad composition, specifically intended to represent the diversity of perspectives across BUV life." LTC team members are: - Alan Marr, Director of Ministries
