New Hall Hirers Form

For private family function bookings after 1 October 2010, no insurance payment is required. However, please continue to request the hirer to complete the attached form and keep on church file in case of a claim.

Please note that for all other third party bookings, third parties will need to obtain their own public liability insurance.
