Motor Vehicle Claims Information and Vero Options

This insurance is only applicable if the applicable details have been provided to ABIS and you have received a separate invoice for this cover.

In the event of a motor vehicle claim:

• Call Vero claims line on 1800 222 043
• Advise name of your organisation and your contact details
• Quote policy number MSL013514828
• The Vero motor vehicle consultant will recommend which repair option best suits you (see further Vero motor repair options sheets for more information)
• However, if under $1,000 and does not fall under Vero’s “SMART repair” criteria, ABIS office will handle the claim for you. You will need to complete attached form and return to our office with a quote.
