Pastoral Leadership in Today's Church

The aim of the BUV Pastoral Leadership, Support and Development Team is to ensure that all BUV pastoral leaders are in supportive, accountable relationships, be that a mentor, spiritual director or life coach. Its aim is also to enable all pastoral leaders have access to training and professional development opportunities that will enhance their ministries and empower them to lead their churches in mission.
