Coaching/Mentoring

The Victorian Baptist Women and the Churches of Christ Women’s Department Vic/Tas are
committed to leadership development.  We are planning to identify female emerging leaders
and pari them with coach/mentors to facilitate their personal and leadership development.

A coach helps people ot grow in personal or vocational areas, facilitates discovery and supports
change. There has been very positive feedback about the impact of coaching on life and ministry
from prior participants.

If you are interested about identifying emerging women from your church, or would like to be one of
our coaches or are looking for a coach/mentor, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Interdenominational Renewal Retreat Groups

Sponsored by John Mark Ministries Retreat Groups foster personal renewal and mutual support for people in Christian ministry.  Each group consists of 8-10 members who commit to meeting together for a 4 day retreat each year for 3 years as well as catch up days during each year.   Men and women meet in separate groups.  After 3 years the group seperates into two core groups who invite others to join them for a further 3 year cycle.
