Women’s Ministry intentionally supports Baptist women in the development of their personal relationship with God. The essence of Christian leadership is character, developed through our relationship with God in Christ. For leadership to be truly effective and influencing, the foundation of leadership must be a Christ-like character. The gift of leadership develops and flows from the character of God’s Spirit living in us, growing us in Christ-like character and expressed through servant-leadership in our world. Leadership is then a response of worship to God who first loved us.
Women’s Ministry Core Verse is,
“Through us, God spreads in everyplace the fragrance that comes from knowing him.
We are the fragrance offered by Christ to God” 2 Corinthians 2:14 & 15
Victorian Baptist Women encourages women to deepen their relationship with God through;
