Consultations
The Church Health & Capacity Building Team is dedicated to working with churches to enhance their corporate life and mission. This is usually done through consultations designed in conversation with Pastors and/or Leadership groups. These consultations may include church reviews, governance revisions, discernment of vision, leadership development, conflict resolution, mergers or restructures.
