EDGE 10:10 are days offered to BUV pastors and leaders to help them flourish. Ecclesiastes 10:10 says, “If the axe is dull more strength is needed but skill will bring success.” This day is aimed as sharpening the axe, so that your preaching skill is sharpened. It will be a great day for sharpening your ministry skills.
Pastoral ministry is rewarding, but it can also be demanding. Join Rev Dr Bill Brown for a practical workshop exploring the rhythms and practices that help sustain faithful, healthy ministry over the long term.
Drawing on more than forty years of Baptist pastoral ministry, Bill will share practical wisdom to help nurture your soul, strengthen your leadership, and encourage you in every season of ministry. Throughout the day, there will also be opportunities to reflect, discuss, and consider how these insights can be applied in your own ministry context.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
** For accredited pastoral leaders, attendance at this event will count as 5.5 hours towards meeting your 40 hours of pastoral development and collegial support hours for the year. **
