Ordained BUV Minister, ex-officio Member of Assembly or nominated Delegate of a Baptist Church, we welcome you to participate in our 2021 May Members’ Meeting on Friday 21st May at Karralyka Centre, Ringwood. We look forward to this significant time when Baptists come together in association to share and discern Gods’ movement and will amongst us as Baptists in Victoria.

This year, we aim to and are looking forward to meeting together again in person but will still need to exercise caution and observe COVIDsafe recommendations – this will mean some changes to the way the event is facilitated. If COVID conditions or Government restrictions change before May, we will exercise caution and respond accordingly, advising you by email.

Voting will take place online at the event – you will need access to the email you registered with on your own device – smart phone, iPad or lap top computer.

Please note – if your church delegates do not have email access you will need to print and mail them a copy of the Members’ Pack, and ensure they are registered online for the Members’ Meeting.
